Our schedule accomodates one patient per dentist appointment and we strive to run on time so you won’t be kept waiting. We pride ourselves for offering the most convenient time available for your visit and for keeping to your schedule. We ask that you arrive for your appointments on time as well. In case you need to reschedule or cancel your dentist appointment we kindly ask that you call our office 24h in advance. Missed appointments without notification will incur a cancellation fee.
For patients covered by insurance, we will be happy to assist you in maximizing your benefits. Few dental insurance plans cover the entire cost of treatment, and there is a delay in receiving payment from insurance companies. For these reasons, we ask that you pay your deductible and your portion of charges at the time services are rendered. As a courtesy to you, we file and track claim forms electronically and provide postage for special claims.
We accept cash, checks, debit cards and major credit cards. We also offer in-house financing through CareCredit® and affordable payment plans for patients who qualify.
